Our Services

We provide a community based welcoming environment where emotional and psychological support is available for people from Halton whose lives have been touched by cancer, whether they are patients, carers, family or friends. The Centre is open for drop in support between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday and there are always trained listeners available if you need someone to talk to.

Core Services

Appointments are available throughout the week for one to one sessions with trained counsellors. Please contact The Centre if you feel you would benefit from some time with one of our counsellors.

Beauty and Complimentary Therapies

We offer reflexology, reiki and hypnotherapy appointments throughout the week and during term time we also have appointments available for beauty treatments such as manicures, pedicures and facials. Please contact The Centre to book an appointment.

Drop-in and Listening

Trained staff and volunteers are here to support you whenever you call in. You can also ring during our opening hours for listening and support on the telephone.

Respite Breaks

We own a beautiful caravan on the Point of Ayr site in Talacre which is available to book for respite breaks and discounted holidays. Please contact The Centre for details of the booking process.

Children and Young People’s Service

If you have a child within your family whose life has been touched by cancer we now have a program which is delivered in conjunction with their school offering them a safe place to talk about their feelings and practical coping strategies.
