logo PNG Image 2Exercise has been proven to aid both physical and mental wellbeing, here at the centre we recognize those benefits and offer some gentle exercise options for our members to get involved in.


We provide Gentle Tai Chi / Qi Gong Classes. Tai Chi and QiGong are exercises of slow controlled movements using arms, legs, hands and feet, in co-ordination with the mind and breathing. Movements are easy to follow and no special clothing or equipment is required. Classes are open to everyone and no previous experience is needed. Movements can be seated if preferred. Please wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes.

Classes are held at Naughton Fields, Liverpool Road, Widnes on Fridays, a beginners class is held between 12:30pm–1:30pm and the more advanced “next steps” class runs from 2pm to 3pm, classes are priced at just £3 per week.
