Touched by Cancer

We provide a community based welcoming environment where emotional and psychological support is available for people from Halton whose lives have been touched by cancer.

Peer Support

Various support groups including; Bosom Buddies, Gentlemen Only, Hugs, meet weekly or monthly to chat, socialise and support one another.


Trained staff and volunteers are available without appointment during drop in hours: Monday-Friday 10:00am-3:00pm.


Private counselling appointments are available at different times during the week.

Art and Craft Workshops

A great way to relax and learn new skills. Skilled volunteers and local artists lead our classes.


Thanks to our wonderful volunteer team we are able to offer a range of therapies including hypnotherapy, reiki, beauty therapies including manicures, pedicures, facials and massage by appointment, free of charge.

Exercise Classes

Tai Chi and other gentle exercise opportunities to aid mental and physical well-being.

Day Trips & Social Events

Regularly organised excursions and events planned by Centre staff and service users.

Children and Young People’s Service

If you have a child within your family whose life has been touched by cancer we now have a program which is delivered in conjunction with their school offering them a safe place to talk about their feelings and practical coping strategies. If you feel your child would benefit from this service please let us know.
